

The meeting will still belong to the account of the Host who scheduled it.Make them co-hosts in the meeting itself. There is no need to schedule someone who will be Co-Host as Alternative Host.

If the Host who scheduled the meeting joins it, they will then become the Host, not the person assigned as the Alternative Host. This would usually be used for occasional changes of Host. The Alternative Host option allows you to schedule meetings and designate another Conservatoire Licensed user to start the meeting, if the Host who schedules is not able to start the meeting. If a host needs someone else to be able to start the meeting, they can assign an alternative host or set up a meeting on behalf of someone else using Scheduling Privileges. To start a waiting room (co-hosts can place participants in waiting room or admit/remove participants from the waiting room)Ĭo-hosts also cannot start a meeting.To start breakout rooms or move participants from one breakout room to another.
